Gader Valley and Blatnica
An 18-kilometre valley in the Veľká Fatra, reached from the village of Blatnica. A popular trail leads from a 13th-century castle ruin through the valley, the gateway to the peaks of Tlstá and Ostrá.

No fixed management fees. You pay commission only on completed stays. The costs of cleaning, laundry and any repairs are charged separately under the agreed terms.
Frequently asked questions about the group
What do I get by joining the group?
Your property gets the option of joint promotion, guest referrals and the benefits of arranging services together. The exact scope depends on the chosen package.
Can the group bring me more bookings?
Yes, it creates extra opportunities. If another property is booked, we can offer yours to the guests. We can also promote it alongside other accommodation in Turiec. We can't guarantee higher occupancy, though.
Will other properties take priority over mine?
No. We recommend accommodation to guests according to their requirements, availability and how suitable each property is. The aim is for properties in the group to bring each other opportunities, not compete with each other.
Will I still have control over my property?
Of course. We agree minimum prices, rental rules and the dates you want to keep for yourself in advance. You'll have a regular overview of the operation, income and costs.
Do I have to take part in all joint events and offers?
No. We adapt participation in campaigns, stay packages and other activities to your property and the agreed scope of services.
Do I pay anything extra for group membership?
No. We charge no separate membership fee. You pay commission according to the agreed package and, separately, the costs of services such as cleaning, laundry and repairs.
What properties can join the group?
We focus mainly on chalets, cottages and holiday homes in Turiec that are suitable for short-term rental. If you're not sure whether your property is suitable, we'd be happy to talk through the options for working together.
Will my property keep its own name and identity?
Yes. Your property keeps its name and character. The Turiec Properties group gives it more ways to promote itself and attract guests, but we present each property separately, according to its strengths.
